I have been going to Fred at Phoenix for years. Big job or small their service has always been great. I recently had my clutch replaced and they fixed up a couple of other problems and did my warrant for no charge. Fred is a champion, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Phoenix for the past 5 years. The services provided are very good and the prices are extremely competitive. Probably the cheapest you can get in Auckland. They always get the job done. Fred is a very good mechanic. They even send you reminders if your wof is expiring.

you have a friends car. It was there for a wof only. You did work without her permission and won't give the vehicle back. Legally you have no right to with hold her car. You laughed at her when said she wanted to get the car towed. Your service is terrible and I have forwarded the matter onto a lawyer and the team at Fair Go.
