This outlet is just a stroll away from my office and I have often walked in to check special deals that were worthwhile most of the times. There are a few bits that one can easily find here at a good price. The staff has been good most of the time except for some occasional flat attitude I experienced. Doesn’t bother me much.

I have a love haye thing with this store. I always feel overwhelmed by the amount of stock, I find it hard to get help and I can wait ages to be served to pay as the line can be massive!!! But the prices are good.

PB Tech's pricing is the best on the market. I shop at this store regularly for most of my tech needs and use their prices as a benchmark when negotiating with other retailers. The only gripe I have is the layout/organisation of the store - it's not that easy to navigate and can be messy at times.

Pricing was good but customer service was terrible! We wanted to try one of their Huawei phones and the staff was very unhelpful and no interest in assisting. They should improve on this area. Even if they have better pricing, as a customer, I will prefer to spend a little bit more with better service. Excellent service goes a long way!
