Wanted to purchase a mobile phone package deal, but did not came with a SIM card as advertised. Requested to see the manager and was surprised that I was dealing with him in the first place. Finally got the SIM after a lengthy explanation of the advertised deal. Pretty embarrassing if the store manager was unable to decipher plain simple English sentences. My experiences at other branches of PB Tech are much better.

A great location with carparks available. It was a big sale when I first visited, just crowded. Ok services. Lots of tech things to choose from.

Great service and plenty of electronic gear, computers, laptops, phones and accessories for them. Black Friday Sale was really busy with the line out the door around the corner. Parking is limited as there are other shops. Best is to go early or during the week. Returning items is no hassle either.

I have a love haye thing with this store. I always feel overwhelmed by the amount of stock, I find it hard to get help and I can wait ages to be served to pay as the line can be massive!!! But the prices are good.

PB Tech's pricing is the best on the market. I shop at this store regularly for most of my tech needs and use their prices as a benchmark when negotiating with other retailers. The only gripe I have is the layout/organisation of the store - it's not that easy to navigate and can be messy at times.
