Bought a chrome book from them then the kids broke the screen. Completed an online inquiry about fixing it. 3 months later got a reply quoting 250 and was better off buying a new chrome book. Bought a screen of trademe for $95 and replaced it myself.

Good range of technology including grey import items not available elsewhere. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of free parking.

Good range of products but after care support with warranty poor. My phone developed a serious fault with the camera while under warranty, they were prepared to look at the phone and put it in repairs for a number of weeks but would not give me a temporary replacement. Who can go several weeks without their phone in 2019?

Bought a laptop from them and the service was good and the price was the best. The store is untidy and they charge extra for a credit card but other than that its a great store.
