Pandora Jewellery

This shop was located within the Botany Town Centre. It was busy during my visit. The lady passed me a catalogue to browse through before she came back to me. I bought a charm as a present. The price was standard across the country. I liked the way the staff handled the situation when they were short-handed. Good customer service.

My bracelet that i brought 6 months ago broke at the clasp so i took it back as it was still under warranty. The lady was really helpful and helped me to get a new replacement so i left happy.

Decided to remember my Auckland holiday by buying a Pandora charm. I got the handbag with the gold bow on it. The store assistant was lovely and even put it on my bracelet for me which was nice.

I have just recently started collecting Pandora charms as i got a bracelet for my birthday. They are so cute and i like getting them to represent certain things in my life. Great charms.
