      This shop was located within the Botany Town Centre. It was busy during my visit. The lady passed me a catalogue to browse through before she came back to me. I bought a charm as a present. The price was standard across the country. I liked the way the staff handled the situation when they were short-handed. Good customer service.

      My bracelet that i brought 6 months ago broke at the clasp so i took it back as it was still under warranty. The lady was really helpful and helped me to get a new replacement so i left happy.
