I went here to purchase a charm for my sisters 30th Birthday. When I entered I was not welcomed or greeted by any staff. I had to ask for help even though I was the only customer there. Poor customer service. I ended up going to st.lukes pandora to make a purchase.

I got my first charm as a birthday gift and have been collecting them since then. There is a huge variety and they are very pretty, although expensive

He just saw woman of Pandora charms and bracelets. Customer Service was really good and went to pushy but showed us options that we were after. Store was lovely and tidy
