I went here to purchase a charm for my sisters 30th Birthday. When I entered I was not welcomed or greeted by any staff. I had to ask for help even though I was the only customer there. Poor customer service. I ended up going to st.lukes pandora to make a purchase.

Really pretty, customisable jewelry. Great quality too. Large range in store here and I found the staff pleasant and helpful.

I bought a small dog charm for my Mum from this store. Staff were quite helpful at helping me pick out a nice one.
