I went here to purchase a charm for my sisters 30th Birthday. When I entered I was not welcomed or greeted by any staff. I had to ask for help even though I was the only customer there. Poor customer service. I ended up going to st.lukes pandora to make a purchase.

Purchased a double leather charm bracelet - so happy with it, can't decide if i want to wear it with or without the charms.
