Very friendly staff and big clean facility but can be very crowded with swim schools

Great facility with the choice of outdoor and indoor pools. The outdoor one is a great size and a couple of slides for kids over on one side.
The spa pool, stream room and sauna are good.
Having the pools included in the fitness centre membership is great.

hosted my daughter's 6th birthday here. The service over the phone was great and staff were helpful. booked out the event room and was delayed going in as there was a yoga class right before us. Had to open the windows and turn the aircon on full upon entry. I asked if the space and resources could cater to 80 and was told yes so had expected a bit more. Had to make do with the 4 tables that were available as there were 2 that were broken (one table we ended up taking from downstairs in the pool area to help fit the food) - did not realise the room was also a holiday programme/after school care room so there were a lot of other childrens drawings etc on the wall. Knowing all of this from the outset would've probably changed my mind on venue. None the less, everything else went fine.

Great pool and fitness centre run by the YMCA. Prices are reasonable and the pools themselves are pretty good, with the usual - kids pool, slow/medium/fast lanes, outdoor pool (open in summer) has a diving pool as well. Changing rooms really need some renovation, but other than that, really good
