The actual technical service was good, they had my repair done within 24hours. The customer service however was absolutely abysmal to the point that I was about to demand my deposit back. The front desk people answering the phones owe everything to their hard workers behind the scenes.

Absolutely shocking customer service in regards to repairs. Hopefully this changes in the future...

I have had a good and a bad experience with them. One of the item was serviced promptly but the other item took time to serviced on time. Even though, the item to arrive from overseas took time to arrive but I was promised otherwise. However, once the replacement battery arrived that they were quick in replacing it.

Would not go here again they sold me the wrong case went straight back in to tell them and they wanted to give me store credit for their error. I got my money back and went elsewhere.

The customer support is terrible. I have brought a faulty equipment the day after the purchase. It took the guy as long as 30 mins to check the cables. He did not offer me a refund or an apology. All he could do (or was willing to do) is to replace the cables with the ones of similar quality. It took them less than 5 mins to sell the unusable stuff though. The company rep for some reason took it personally and made some childish and somewhat mean remarks on my toddler (waiting in the car with grandparents) being sort of my problem. This obviously didn't help to speed up the process. This is very disappointing to see such poor customer service nowadays. Such a waste of time.
