Ok service, not much staff to get advice from when shopping but well stocked with everything

Hard to get service, not in stock of what I want. But huge range to look at.

Store is very big and little bit hard to find the stuff

Good customer service but pricing for the whiteware isn't very competitive comparing to the other stores.

Called the 0800 number to check if the store had stock of the flybuys reward I wanted before I redeemed my points (Fit bit Flex 2). The customer services rep was very helpful on the phone. When I got to the store, I presented my email voucher, flybuys card & ID & was served promptly. Such a smooth transaction!
