Great store, large store with a big product range. Very helpful staff - helped me purchase a TV and also assisted in answering questions about set-up over the phone.

Hard to get service, not in stock of what I want. But huge range to look at.

Good customer service but pricing for the whiteware isn't very competitive comparing to the other stores.
