Visited with a friend looking to buy a Fitbit, the salesperson who helped us find the right one was really helpful and knowledgeable

Service is usually fantastic and quite prompt.
Purchased a new sim card and phone and was having difficulties setting it up, I asked a worker to help and she spent a good 15 minutes setting everything up and showing me things I didn't even know I had.
They accept flybuys and the store usually have great deals.

Great service and technical support from the team at Sylvia Park. They spent time explaining the best option for me and were not pushy towards the more expensive products. Would recommend speaking to the staff to find out what the best options is for you when purchasing a device.

Great range and sometimtes with good sales, but have had really unhelpful service a few times. To be expected from a big chain store though, I guess.

Recently went there to buy S9+ . The staff was really helpful explaining about warranty and suggested some good products. Good job. Keep it up
