      I have had a great experience with Nike - I receive my orders quickly - and I have had to return shoes with no hassles. I normally resolve all my issues through online chat - as I don't have the time to wait on phonecalls.

      They have a great range of very stylish and well functioning gear. I would like to see them sponsor some up and coming athletes as they only focus on top athletes. Customer service could be improved but I always buy from Nike as they are generally an all-round solid brand.

      I have tried repeatedly to contact Nike NZ by phone (0508 478 478) during working hours but always get a message (very low volume and difficult to hear) that staff are experiencing a high volume of calls, try later. An email address is given, but as far as I can hear this it seems to be nzi.nikecs@nike.com or nzo.nikecs@nike.com. Emails to these addresses cannot be delivered.

      Terrible customer service. Emailed several times over a four month period with little response, incorrect contact number and even other branches of Nike do not have another.
