Clean and tidy store with plenty of options available.

I tried New World online order once during lockdown. very expensive products. there is no one that I can communicate after order placed online. Any issue with the products that I received, there is no way a customer can reach them out. Phone no one answer, emailed them serveral times, no one respond except that I received their auto email after one month of each email that I sent, said they believe the issue has been resolved because the issue was raised long time ago, in fact issue has never been resolved. won't try their online order anymore.

The staff are very helpful and the checkouts are always quick like how they have 2 people at the checkout to help with bagging ect. The prices are good and vegetables are always fresh
