Narita Japanese Restaurant Wairau Valley

Haven't been here for a long time and decided to come for lunch with my partner one day when we were over the Shore. Taste of food still remain the same quality. I like the varieties you can get in bento box. My partner got Chicken teriyaki and I ordered Unagi bento. We had the octopus balls/ takoyaki takeaway and it was lovely too.

Quaint restaurant and great service. Great for quick lunch meets. From beautifully presented sushimi, sushi to hot grill dishes and soups. Great for family or groups. I'll be back soon!

The food is mainstream Japanese, with a choice of sake and Japanese beer; though on a busy night it might not all come to your table when you expect it to.

The is the place we always to go if we want Japanese food in the North Shore. The food is very good quality and tastes very good. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Th wonky downside is that the place is extremely small, so it fills up very fast during the peak hours and weekends.

Really great food and good specials! My favourite is the lunch bento set. Very affordable and filling. Love the decorations in this restaurant. Staff are always super friendly.
