Mink Cafe

Lots of seating, great coffee- I had 2! . Came for late brunch and menu is good- I had eggs on toast and can’t complain- but also nothing to stand out- cabinet food was almost gone- very limited options so I couldn’t get something sweet. .

Very nice cafe and restaurant. Had a selection of entries to share and all were nice. The chicken liver pate and quesadilla were great. Very friendly waitress and pleasant setting.

Parnell has a very large selection of cafes and restaurants but mink is one of its finest simply because the food is always delicious and the staff are genuinely really nice friendly people that always have a smile and welcome for everyone that walks in the door.

This place is fantastic. Food is delicious and great ambience and the staff were very friendly.The Caribbean vibe (French toast) was really soft and full of flavour. Berries tasted fresh. Bagel was super crunchy and the cream cheese matched perfectly with the jam. Chorizo mixed beans on toast was also very good. The chorizo was delicious. Baked beans were flavourful. Potato rosti was soft and soaked in the baked beans flavour.
