The Coffee is good, the scones are magnificent, I really do recommend. The staff are awesome and it has a great vibe to it. A really nice place to catch up with a friend.

This place is fantastic. Food is delicious and great ambience and the staff were very friendly.The Caribbean vibe (French toast) was really soft and full of flavour. Berries tasted fresh. Bagel was super crunchy and the cream cheese matched perfectly with the jam. Chorizo mixed beans on toast was also very good. The chorizo was delicious. Baked beans were flavourful. Potato rosti was soft and soaked in the baked beans flavour.

Parnell has a very large selection of cafes and restaurants but mink is one of its finest simply because the food is always delicious and the staff are genuinely really nice friendly people that always have a smile and welcome for everyone that walks in the door.

Great breakfast with really nice freshly squeezed juice! Perfect start to my day! Price is reasonable and you can get in and out quickly with a quality feed. A definite visit.
