Store location is a bit of a bummer as it’s in a really high traffic loud area. Michael hill always have the nicer jewellery sets and place setting than other stores iv been to. The sales staff are happy to assist you and work within your budget and no try and up sell just for the commision

There are a couple of jewellery stores at Sylvia Park and Micheal Hill have a nice size store. I’m not sure that being on the corner of the foodcourt necessarily does them a lot of favours though. I found a couple of cute necklaces but by the time I’d reached them, I was tired and more interested in having a break. It’s also quite noisy and of course there’s heaps of people rushing past.

i love coming here and looking at the deals that are available my partner likes to get his gold chains from here as they have good warranty etc. and they products are very good quality. Some prices are abut up there but you get what you pay i guess.

Michael Hill is the industry leader for a reason. They have exceptional jewellery pieces and amazing customer service. I recently got a watch from here and staff are helpful without being pushy. The also replace your watch battery for free if you purchase your watch from them!

Ive not been into a Micheal Hill store for sometimes, they appear to have reduced the stock they have in the display cases, i was looking for a new pair or simple ear rings and was disappointed with choice. Staff were freindly and store was well laid out, just a bit sparse.
