L & L International (Kuarta O Kahon)

Terrible, worst company we have dealt with. Delayed delivery for months without even updating or informing us. Will not respond to calls, emails or texts. Arrogant lady, when you'll tell them how terrible their service is instead of apologizing they will even brag and threatened us that they will recall/hold our box. This company should be shut down. No customer handling, worst attitude will rip you off.

My mother used this company to deliver our container to Australia. A big trouble caused by this company. We paid all the total amount but our goods were not totally delivered yet because she didn't pay the total amount to the shipping company.

We rang her many times including the shipping company of the container and we have no luck.

This company should be shut down. So many problems, I will never recommend to anyone. BEWARE!

This company should shut down. It's been over a year since they picked up my box and until now, my family have not received it. No calls, no emails, nothing.

We had the same problem with this freight forwarder. Lita Lee is one arrogant lady.
When I spoke to her on the phone she said, million million ba worth ng goods mo?? She was angry when I asked for her explanation.
It does not matter how much the goods are worth. We are talking about if she can deliver the services that she promised. Never again doing business with L&L International! Shame on you Lita Lee!

We have had nothing but trouble with this freight forwarding company. Boxes not deliveredand phone calls unanswered. Would definitely not recommend this company if you want your goods delivered
