L & L International (Kuarta O Kahon)

This company is a total rip-off. It's already six months since we delivered our boxes to them for sending to the Philippines and until now they haven't arrived yet. Been avoiding our calls and they are missing in action. Don't ever do business with this company.

Our experience:
When they came to pick up the boxes we set a time for 4pm, he rang when we were not home at 3:20pm with an angry tone asking where we were and told him we would be home at 4pm. He left and I had to call his business partner to get him to come back.
He didn't bring any documents so I had to have them emailed to me, filled them out sent them back and asked for them to sign their part, they didn't seem to understand this and I had to keep emailing over a period over two weeks for them to sign and scan it back to me.
They were picked up September 18th and supposed to arrive on the new year maybe first week of Jan at latest. We planned to have them arrive during our trip so we can distribute the contents to our family who are less fortunate, we have been waiting for the boxes to arrive for almost 5 weeks now, 4.5 months in total and they have made no effort to follow up and update us. They do not respond to emails, I have sent about 4 or 5 and they never pick up the phone. Don't recommend this company to any one at all they should be shut down.
