A nicely set building with nice seating for the lobby. It is interesting with the restaurant right in the middle of the building, in a hollowed out atrium kind of area with natural lighting in the day time. The lunch specials are a good price for what you pay for and the quality.

The beds and pillows are amazing, so soft and comfortable, no hard beds here. Food in restaurant, why would you want to go out? Views from rooftop pool are fantastic.

Large rooms with character, the beds very comfortable. We loved the view from the 5th floor you could see the harbor and also the city. Reception and concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice spot for a drink. You can walk to all the good spots like the Viaduct, Britomart and Queen St..
