I had a room booked on the older Heritage site, and the room was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room was a great size with an awesome balcony to look out on. It's an Auckland CBD located hotel, and the valet parking made things really easy. The king size bed, was comfy, and they allowed a late check out after a night on the town.

Great experience, hotel is close to town center and public transportation is nearby.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and wonderfully located. We enjoyed the wonderful harbor views and proximity to the Sky Tower and local restaurants and transportation.
