Outstanding service, very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to shops and resturants. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very spacious rooms and comfy beds.

Great hotel with two different wings - modern deco and older deco. I usually stayed new building. Bed the most comfortable and customer service is the best of the best. Rooftop swimming pool is very relaxing

Nice spacious room, was very light and airy,swimming pool was a hit with the kids,great range of food items available,will certainly stay here again next time in auckland

Great location close to town, very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are tidy and clean, the facilities are great especially the gym and swimming pool.
