Service is always exceptional from staff here, they should be commended for it. Good brands, well known household brands, but I would not pay full price for anything and tend to wait for their big deals. We've purchased our tv and surround sound system from here and are really happy with it. Just purchased a toaster and jug for our house we just moved into, and got it at a good price too!

Just purchased some furniture from this store. They were helpful and made the whole process easy.
It did take a bit of time to process everything. They might want to make their IT systems a bit easier for their staff to use.

Really big store with lots of space to shop. The layout/display of furniture, appliances, electronics etc is very well done and prices when on sale are good considering the quality. Always plenty of staff avaliable to help too.

Large Harvey Norman with a great furniture and electronics section. Took a long time to be served when we were buying furniture, but overall a smooth process.
