Went there on boxing day to buy a Fisher and Paykel Cleansmart 10kg washing machine. We went there knowing exactly what we wanted so it should have been an easy sale. However when we looked around for a salesperson, there were none available, so we had to wait while the salespeople tried to convince other customers to buy washing machines that they didn't want. When we finally got the attention of a saleperson by telling them we had chosen and were waiting to buy, they didn't know which washing machine we were talking about. The one we wanted had a low profile agitator and we even showed them the item online on their website but they said that the one on display (the fabricsmart) was the same thing. We had to go into Fisher an Paykel's website to show them that the agitators were different (Fabricsmart has a normal one) before the salesperson went to check and told us there were two of those left. We went to pay (counter staff also were not friendly) and then picked up behind the store. The lifting/packing people at the back were excellent. They quickly found the washing machine and moved it into our van. I would have expected the salespeople to know what they sell but obviously they don't. It's lucky that we did our research beforehand otherwise things would not have turned well. The washing machine was on sale but still very expensive ($1650) but we needed a new one so had no choice but to buy then. I also don't think I have seen a lower price than that at Harvey Norman anyway.

Houses furniture and electronics as well. Furniture is pricey but good range and product. Have seen negotiations can be done to bring the price down. Managers are quite understandable. Best part is electronic deptt houses all kind of stuff and deals are always on offer

Their customer service is good. I
specially recommend is that they keep all my old records of purchasing their products and gave me - their loyal customer a special discount. That is what we really want to enjoy and receive from a consumer electronics store. Also extremely professional !
