Bought a few items from the store recently. Unfortunately one of them didn’t last long but I walked out with a replacement and it works just fine. Great service from the team but it just took some time to look into the problem and the process for a replacement.

We were given incredible service by the team in both the furniture and bedding departments. A piece of furniture we bought went on sale a week later, so the team called us up and gave us $200 of store credit to compensate! Fantastic customer service.

Recently visited the Mount Wellington Harvey Norman store, I was impressed by the furniture section of the store, it held a lot more stock and different sofas than our local shop. The staff were helpful and not pushy with trying to get a sale which was nice.
