GO Rentals Auckland Airport

We used Go Rentals when driving around the far north from Auckland. We got an early 2000's Nissan Tiida when had lots of room and was in good condition. The car was great and we the process of picking up and dropping off was easy. They even offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. One of the cheapest car rental firms in Auckland.

Used Go Rentals a couple of times
First experience was great, check in process was efficient and smooth, great SUV with reasonable price, shuttle service was exellent
However my second experience wasnt great. I was in a hurry and car wasnt ready by the time I booked but the staff wasnt efficient and helpful and doesnt seem to know what he was doing. And then they charged me $200 for cleaning fee saying I smoked in the car. I never been a smoker in my life and I was the only one - it was quick drive to Whangarei for a couple of hours.

Used Go rentals for the first time a few weeks ago. The car was a bit older but in excellent condition. We used a voucher from our entertainment book so git an even better deal. Will definately continue to use them on future trips to Auckland.

A great company to deal with. A good range if cars to suit all budgets. Good simple process.
