Had a nice smooth trip to Devonport. Staff were helpful as we needed some assistance with getting on and off the boat. Facilities were clean and it was reasonably easy to work out where we needed to be waiting for the boat.

Reliable and timely ferry service which is good not only by NZ standard, but by international standards as well. The staff know what they're doing and it's obvious safety is on the priority list as well. Highly recommended for places like Rangitoto and Waiheke

A better method of transport than the crowded trains and buses. Better scenery, the ride is alot smoother and its not at all expensive in any way.

Excellent service, pretty much always on time and the staff are nice. The ferries are clean but the best thing is the ease of getting in and out of the Central Business District using the ferry.
