EVENT Cinemas

Not many people go to this cinema but the cinema inside is big and very convenient location to get to.

Often quiet, but really nice cinema, cute little bar to have a drink at beforehand. Cinemas have big, comfy seats!

I can't understand why this cinema isn't busier than it is. It's in a convenient location, has the same prices as everywhere else and the theatres themselves are fine too. I can't speak for school holiday times and possibly with the exception of premieres of movies like Star Wars, but generally if you want to see a movie without worrying about crowds, Event Newmarket is a good choice. If you want the atmosphere of a packed theatre perhaps not so much. Only negative is some parts could use a refurbish. Other than that, solid cinema.

We often take the family, great cinema. Great spot in Newmarket, and very easy to find.

Love coming to this Event Cinema - they always have the latest films playing at really good times. Parking is also easy - generally free after 6 pm if you park in the right place.
