Daily Bread

Staff are uninterested, atmosphere is strange and food is average. The coffee was good.

Had lunch here over the weekend and was fantastic. They have reinvested and invigorated the humble Toast. Coffee is spot on - strong but not bitter from burning. Menu isn’t overly complicated, they stick to their strengths - which is funnily enough bread. Cabinet food is a delight!! Not your standard cabinet food. Try the French toast, you won’t be disappointed. From boring bank, to trendy affordable sit in bakery. I’ll be going back.

The trendiest bakery you will find! These guys have renovated an old post shop and turned it into a bakery. Everything they sell is delicious; the bread, the pastries, the coffee. They have a small menu (which I’ve yet to order off yet- the cabinet food is too enticing). It’s well priced and the staff are really friendly. They have an outdoor patio, and pets are welcome! They also sell specialty products like kimchi in a fridge behind the cabinet. A must-visit in Auckland!

The coffee was taste smoky and caramelised finish, prefect! I’m not a big fan of bread but this place changes my mind! Fresh, delicious, friendly staff. I love the ambience and the cool opened kitchen. Will definitely come back for more.
