never had an issue with courier post they are prompt went ordering a pick up and ,the tracking system is good,over all a good reliable courier.

Had a good experience with these guys. Was expecting courier in couple of days time but just arrived in a day. Well handled goods, no dramas.

Last package they had for me was delivered to the wrong house (thats what the people at the office told me), then they said it had been delivered and signed by me, then it was in the office waiting collection and then they said it had been returned......they had me fill in a refund form, refund was never processed, even though I rung many times, in the end I contacted the company I brought the product from and they sent me another one which arrived with no problems.

Worst service since we got a new driver in our area of new Lynn, he lost our Boohoo package and I have been waiting over four weeks for the "investigator" to get back to me, every time I ring there is no answer, Customer service constantly leave a message for her to ring back but still nothing, would not recommenced if you are wanting delivery to new Lynn.

Love these guys. I get a lot of stuff online and Courier post always delivers on time and with no damages.
