Ive never had an issue with courierpost getting my packages to me within their stated business standards. I have always received packages when expected, sometimes even before expected which is great.

For a company who's ONLY job it is to deliver packages to the correct address, they are really terrible at delivering packages to the correct address. I've literally had to correct the same package 3 times for it to be delivered to the correct place, and in the end literally just ended up picking the package up from their warehouse - which they refuse to give the contact details of to ask if your package is available for pick up. All they have is a generic number which goes through to a central call centre.

General speaking CourierPost is OK. sometimes delay for delivery, and sometimes just leave a signature item at your door but easily steal the item by anyone walk pass. the good thing is i received all the items by using their service.

I use these for my local or NZ delivery. I have had no issues hence my rating reflects it. Hope it carries on nicely like this and thx CP.

here was a parcel (Track Number: CTC1484xxxx) delivered to me, but no one at home at that moment. Visited the website to ask the parcel redeliver on the next day. Unfortunately, no one showed neither any phone calls. It arrived on the next day of we asked day. ie delayed. So we wasted one day to wait. What a pity with this kind of delay delivery.
