Great food quality and great staff. when I need to get a refund for faulty or unwanted product, always willing to help and think on customers side. Also very helpful staff when looking for the items that I need to find.

Used to shop here every week when I lived in the area. Staff can be friendly but also so pretty unhelpful at times. Has some nice items that other countdown stores don’t have! Can be confusing at first how to get to the store in the mall when the rest of the mall is shut, but got used to it

Since the facilities were upgraded the customer experience has become much better. The grocery is overall with good quality though it's slightly more expensive than Pak n Save.

Just been here to pick up lunch items for a family birthday. Have been shopping here any time I go back to Auckland over the past 17 years. Every Christmas I also have an online shopping order from this store delivered to my parents. Is a good store with a wide variety of items. The bakery section is really good.
