Friendly staff. Many of whom have been in the company for years. And it gives.the feeling of the local. When they talk to you by name..they remember you. Good friendly staff with good customer service

Generally good range of product and easy to navigate. Only thing to me that brings their rating down is how some of their staff can be very rude and quick to judge.

Very good prices and easy parking as it is located at a mall.... I had purchased ingredients for a dinner for 10 adults for under 30$ which I find really affordable and it was very delicious as well t

The staff were great, but the prices seem expensive.

Used to shop here every week when I lived in the area. Staff can be friendly but also so pretty unhelpful at times. Has some nice items that other countdown stores don’t have! Can be confusing at first how to get to the store in the mall when the rest of the mall is shut, but got used to it
