Called up before coming into store to hire a rug doctor staff were extreamly helpful and made everything easy. Plenty of parking available

The security guard there seems to be very chatty and friendly, although there are police there nearly every time I go there

i have visited this store only once, as i traveled there specifically to attend a friends wedding. it was well set up, although the car park itself i believe could do with some attention. like i said other than that, a good store.

Staff are always smiling and willing to help.
