A very busy chipmunks, so can be difficult to find parking if you dont arrive early. The staff are young, and lack seniority when it comes to children miss-behaving or doing something against the rules, which is a shame as I am all about fairness and safety for all the children visiting. Other than that, I like to enjoy a coffee while watching my kids play, and I usually time ordering them some nuggets and chips from the cafe for when I know they are going to get hungry - It works everytime because the food comes out and all of a sudden I have hungry children at my table!

Such an amazing and magical place for my little girl to have the best time and have fun! Highly recommend!

good staff. They offer free entrance fee if your baby is under 1 year old. Fun place and safe. plus good parking

The place is generally well maintained/clean. The team.of staff are friendly and warm. Felt the Children could play safely, toilets are cleanly maintained. A satisfied experience.
