Judy looked after our property in Auckland for 11 years before we decided to sell recently and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to enter the rental market.
She did a fantastic job, finding some lovely tenants and ensuring the property was well maintained. We always knew our house was in great hands and found renting it through her to be easy and hassle free.

Judy has been managing my property for many years. And she is an absolute star. It was hassle-free and worry free. She managed my rental like it was her own.
One time the water pipes burst and she came out in the small hours to help my frantic tenant.
Her advice and information is up to date and she keeps abreast with the current rental situation.
She's meticulous, efficient, prompt and punctual always.
I can't recommend her enough.

Alas it is come to the point where I am looking to sell :(....I have used Judy and her teams services for around 12 years now.I have found Smart Rental Property Management to be very professional and knowledgeable about everything to do with Property Management.I was fully informed about any issues with the property and all repairs where carried out ASAP.Judy always found the right tenants for my property and since I employed Judy and her team everything just flowed seamlessly.Professional reporting to help with the dreaded Tax returns and rent payments.Judy was also happy to offer any advise when I needed it.I have had dealings with other property managers in the past and they are just novices and cowboys/cowgirls compared to Judy.
