Black & Gold Coffee

Really nice place and good service. clean and great interior. We had the Bao’s (chicken and pork) and there was barely a crumb left on the plate. All taste was so good. Coffee was nice and great coffee art. Highly recommended.

I loved the shashouka with venison meatballs; the shashouka sauce had lots of flavour and the pan was filled with all sorts of textures from the nuts, grains, and couscous. It was also relatively filling because of the eggs baked inside. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Smoothies are really good and priced well. Nice staff, bright and attractive cafe, I like the decor, plain and simple. Wish they opened earlier on a saturday though for my morning coffee.

Coffee and smoothies were delivered to our table quickly, staff were friendly. We will return again.

Been going here on an ad hoc basis for a while but is now overpriced at $4 for a small coffee so afraid it will drop of the radar!
