Good range of products and very helpful and friendly staff. Store is a bit smaller than some others so I don’t think they have as much as others.

Bit disappointing a staff member didn't approach us and offer any help even though there was one available. Wouldnt rush back to this particular store

Lovely and spacious store with a great range of baby products and nice staff

Im signed up to their email list and love getting the weekly emails telling me what the specials are for the week. I dont have small children of my own, but there are plenty in my family and I love buying for them. This store makes that easy for me as they are decently priced and dont cost an arm and a leg.

My preferred Baby Factory syore in the Auck region due to it being a larger store with a good layout thats easy to navigate with a double pram. Always good sales and friendly staff - highly recommend
