Ausmove is a very good moving company. They moved me to Brisbane, Australia and back to Auckland, NZ. The packing team are so fantastic and talented. We didn't have one break which was unexpected from what I've heard.

I had Ausmove to ship our household stuff from Auckland to Melbourne. I can’t believe it was that hassle-free. I just had to contact them and Laura got back to me. She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. Thumbs up to Krima and his team (jamieson and another guy). They really know what they’re doing, have great attitude at work, very good customer service. They packed our stuff very neatly. King & Wilson who’s their moving partner here in Melbourne came to deliver our stuff door to door. Great guys, good attitude, on time and quick. All our boxes arrived in very good condition and looked like no one’s even touched them! Great job guys from Ausmove and king & wilson. I’m a happy and satisfied customer. I would highly

Top customer service at the most competitive rates, with reliable systems in place.
I used Ausmove to move between Auckland (New Zealand) to Melbourne (Australia). The entire process from receiving a quote, asking questions, shipping my household goods out to receiving my goods in Melbourne was truly a breeze. I dealt with one person in NZ, and one person in Australia. Laura in NZ was amazing; she was knowledgable, responded to all my emails quickly, followed up - took care of me the whole way.
The guys who came in to lift my household goods on moving day packaged everything thoroughly and upon receiving my goods in Australia nothing was damaged. Their transport partner in Australia also went out of their way to make a special delivery to suit my schedule and didn’t charge me any extra even though my apartment was up stairs and had difficult parking restrictions.
I received quotes from at least 6 other companies, none were as competitive and thorough in their quote as Ausmove was. I have nothing but praise for Ausmove and their high quality of service. And I will be recommending them to anyone looking to move overseas.
