Auckland City Hospital

Well organised; staff were mostly nice and helpful. Cafe/cafeteria were nice with palatable food.

great hospital ,very modern and professional staff that really do care about your well being, the only downfall is the parking there is plenty of it but is expensive

Pity there isn’t a lower rating. My wife is pregnant and she was suffering from severe headaches. After spending close to 2.5 hours waiting in the ER to see a doctor, eventually we decided to take 2 paracetamols and go home. When I asked the nurse how much longer will we wait, her response was patients have being waiting for close to 3:45 hours. The service is poor and extremely disappointed. In the morning we went to our GP. All this occurred on Sunday night.

the best hospital in auckland i have experienced so far, they seem to have enough staff

The hospital has changed since I broke my arm and went to Starship. The facilities are more modern and the nurse and staff are still as friendly and care as before.
