Auckland City Hospital

I came here quite a bit last year when my uncle was in hospital and also parking can be hard and the bend is real sharp and also you have watch which way you are going. I think parking fees can be expensive and need to pay attention to the time as well. I like how there is signage and also you need to know which way to go and can be easy to get lost in side if not careful.

Fantastic service from all of the auckland hospital staff, they are doing a great job with the resources they have been given. The only disappointing thing I have to mention is the meals - although they are nutritional, the portions can be very small and can often leave you still very hungry.

Really good service, and the level of patient care by the doctors and nurses is extremely high. They genuinely care about their patients and their comfort, which makes stays here alot more pleasant. As always, food could always do with an improvement, sometimes I feel like the portion sizes is not enough, especially for big eaters.

Staff are great at what they do, especially with the volume of patients they have. Mostly things seem pretty slick, only drawback as a patient is the waiting times. It's to be expected with a publicly funded healthcare provider, but still that doesn't make a 3 hour wait for a scan go any quicker. Still, preferable to a huge medical bill that's for sure.
