Excellent doctors specialist they just recently saved my hubbys life after being flown up on a chopper from Waikato hospital for emergency surgery that was a success. Then within 48 hours he was flown back to Waikato hospital to be closer to us.

great hospital ,very modern and professional staff that really do care about your well being, the only downfall is the parking there is plenty of it but is expensive

Been a healthy and satisfactory experience (good panel of doctors and staff) whether for birth, medical follow-ups or any other treatment that I have experienced for wifey and daughter.
Parking surely is expensive and sometimes tricky to find.

Pity there isn’t a lower rating. My wife is pregnant and she was suffering from severe headaches. After spending close to 2.5 hours waiting in the ER to see a doctor, eventually we decided to take 2 paracetamols and go home. When I asked the nurse how much longer will we wait, her response was patients have being waiting for close to 3:45 hours. The service is poor and extremely disappointed. In the morning we went to our GP. All this occurred on Sunday night.

Really good service, and the level of patient care by the doctors and nurses is extremely high. They genuinely care about their patients and their comfort, which makes stays here alot more pleasant. As always, food could always do with an improvement, sometimes I feel like the portion sizes is not enough, especially for big eaters.
