Good Lord, this was easily one of the best meals of my life.
The food is absolutely exquisite—elegant and complex and fresh without being uppity. The service is caring and attentive and without a whiff of pretension. This was my Perfect Meal. Thank you!

Exceptional dining and food. It took me a while to get used to the slow spinning. You are given around a 2 hour limit so we timed it well and were there for sunset and night time.

Great atmosphere, loads of variety on the menu. Locally sourced meat, and you can really taste the difference! Extensive collection of drinks behind the bar. Definitely the place to go for a special date!

Stayed here January 2016 for 3 nights.
For the most part the stay was nice, room (queen bed) was standard with reasonable space and nice bathroom with a decent view of downtown Auckland. ($ 115/night)
Location was pretty good being on Queen street with lots of restaurants and shops near by.
Room was well kept by the housekeeping staff and front desk was very helpful with directions and luggage storage.
Wasn't too happy with noise reduction, we could easily hear the room next to us having a bit of a party. You could also easily hear people walking/talking and doors shutting from the hallway.
Other than a bit of noise this place was fair with their prices for the comfort and standard for their room.
