we purchased a supposedly new fridge. it was not and had water in the water feed lines to the filter. the manager was very rude and refuses to discuss it

I brought a tv from the Appliance Outlet with a 36 month warranty. Tv stopped working after 18 months . I have spent over 2 years now trying to get this sorted and was basically told today to sod off and it was my problem to solve , also found out from the warranty company they use that they don't pay the warranty company for the extended warranties so people can't claim. THIS BUSINESS RIPS POEOPLE OFF .BEWARE

Went there while on my search for a new UHD TV, but found the prices to be not much different to regular stores that sell new, but I did find the fridge prices to be quite good.

Awful experience! We have suffered because of their poor service! Bought a Samsung fridge and paid $300+ for extended warranty. Guess what fridge isnt working since 2 months and they keep saying parts are on their way! Enormous amount of food waste for us. Wish we could throw this junk out but can't we paid a lot for it.
Second appliance Media freezer. Since day 1 it keeps making ice like anything, which doesn't let fridge door properly and result, we often see freezer door open and food thawed. When asked they said it's not their problem really. We could bring it in store. If they fix it they do, if they can't we bring horrible freezer back home! Sigh.i wouldnt wish shopping at this store for an enemy!
