I brought a TLC tv form the Appliance Outlet with a 36 month warranty. 18 months after buying it, it stopped working. I have been trying for 2 years to get something done about it. I have now been told they dont want to know about it and it's not their problem . BEWARE THE DON'T PAY FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES. . SO YOU ARE NOT COVERED .

Bought a washing machine from them, came unboxed & when questioned about a short hose was basically told it’s not their problem. Sales rep was not interested at all in what i had to say. Asked to speak with manager as I was displeased with the service (or lack there of) & was advised he was the manager - only now he seemed interested. After going back & fourth he finally agreed to look into it and was told he would give me a call back the next day. It has been almost a week and nothing. I will not be using this business and definitely do NOT recommend.

Wow, am a bit shocked at some of the other reviews. We have been here several times to get new appliances for our house up in Auckland as well as Taupo. We have had none of the issues that the others have described. Hopefully those issues have been resolved as we have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Absolute rubbish floor manager Yan very rude not helpful trying to claim there floor model oven was new out of the box, when you go and have a look the ovan trays are dirty with brown stains and the seals damamged and fraying
never deal with this company. be warned

I bought an oven from this company. In the advertising it showed damage to the front of the oven and it was disclosed. Upon arrival I found huge dents in the back of the oven. When I contacted Appliance Outlet they were totally disinterested and said they were aware of it but it didn't affect the use. No attempt to remedy or apologize and no response whatsoever to my follow up emails.
