      Peter was so helpful in assisting me with a appliance part that I needed and was very patient and made sure I knew what I needed to do and even walked me through the process in-store and then over the phone.       Absolutely abysmal, we bought a fridge which was faulty, that got picked up and a loan fridge dropped off. So far so good apart from that was nearly 6 months ago now and we still have the old loan fridge in the office and no refund... Peter is impossible to deal with as promises to be here and never shows..

      DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BUSINESS!!!! I have had the worst experience dealing with the owner Peter. He lies, his oven turned up missing half the things he was going to fix and then he left me with out a working oven for 3 days, I have 2 small children and we rely on having a oven. He does not return phone calls when following up to fix the problem, he txt's and says he's coming the next day and never shows up, this went of for 2 weeks!!!
