Andrew Simms Experience Centre Botany

I had to take my car to this branch for a recalled part/replacement. The gentleman who served me was fabulous. He interacted with my toddler and made sure that the office doors were closed so that my child did not accidentally run out in front of a moving car in the workshop. I was a bit stressed and he brought me a coffee made to order and a juice box for my child. We were in the playroom there having so much fun that I didn't realise that the time had passed and suddenly the car was ready. He offered to chuck out our morning tea rubbish and everything. I wasn't buying anything this morning but this customer service representative is one I could not fault regardless of my purpose for being there. Give the man a pay rise!
