Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a
brand new vehicle purchase. I purchase a brand new jeep renegade and have had problems immediately after driving out of the showroom. The dealership was contacted immediately and initially they said there is no problem! Only after escalating the situation on the second check by the service center it was found that there were major mechanical issues with vechile and took weeks to fix. Since purchase the vehicle has spent much of its early life in the service center getting repaired. Now we are waiting on parts to fix even more car problems which has taken well over a month now and we are still waiting. Having had no contact from the dealership to let us know where things are at! It is ridiculous that we have had these issues from day one for a brand new vehicle.
